There is no cost to use MahoneysAI^M. We do not charge you anything to receive or use the output from MahoneysAI^M.

Once you sign up, you may obtain any information you need from MahoneysAI^M and interact with it for free.

Receiving Documents

If you want to engage us to prepare your transaction documents (e.g. your business sale agreement), our fees will depend on the complexity of your transaction.

As an estimate (which we will confirm in our costs agreement documents we will send you) for transactions where the purchase price:

• (a) is less than $1,000,000 - our estimate of fees is $2,200 (inc GST, plus disbursements)
• (b) is more than $1,000,000 - our estimate of fees is $3,500 - $5,000 (inc GST, plus disbursements)

Receiving Further Advice

Once you have your transaction documents, the other side may want to discuss them with you or negotiate changes. Our fees to assist you with this process will be at our hourly rates (which we confirm in our costs agreement).
